One person has died after a crash on State Highway 12 in Northland on Friday afternoon.
The single vehicle crash happened in Ruawai – south of Dargaville – at about 2pm.
Police said the driver died at the scene.
State Highway 12 between Jellicoe Road and Hodgson Road remains closed.
